Shipping Policy
At Davian Brown & Co, each order is prepared with the same care and attention given to the piece itself. The following policy outlines how orders are processed, dispatched and delivered. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Under UK rules, goods must be delivered without undue delay and, unless otherwise agreed, within 30 days.
Order Processing
Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within [1–3 business days] of order confirmation.
For made-to-order, bespoke or personalised pieces, a longer preparation period will apply. Estimated creation and dispatch timeframes will be stated on the relevant product page or confirmed to you at the time of purchase.
Orders are processed during our business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Options
Delivery options available at checkout may include the following:
- UK Standard Delivery — estimated [2–5 business days]
- UK Express Delivery — estimated [1–2 business days]
- International Delivery — estimated [3–10 business days], depending on destination and customs processing
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and will depend on the delivery destination and service selected.
Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
Tracked and Insured Delivery
For security and peace of mind, orders are shipped using tracked services. Certain orders may also require a signature on delivery.
Where appropriate, high-value shipments may be sent using an insured service. Risk generally remains with the seller until the goods are delivered into the consumer’s possession.

Davian Brown & Co cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues arising from incomplete or incorrect address details supplied at the time of order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@davianbrown.co.uk. While we will do our best to assist, amendments may not be possible once an order has been processed or dispatched.
International Orders
For international deliveries, local customs duties, import taxes and related fees may apply once the parcel reaches its destination country.
Unless stated otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the customer. Davian Brown & Co has no control over customs processes or charges applied by local authorities.
International delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and destination-specific courier procedures.
Delays
While every effort is made to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, delays may occasionally occur during peak periods, product launches, public holidays, severe weather, customs clearance, or courier disruption.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@davianbrown.co.ukand we will assist in locating your parcel.
If goods are not delivered within the agreed timeframe, or within 30 days where no different timeframe was agreed, customers may have cancellation rights under UK consumer law. The seller remains responsible for the delivery, even where a courier is used.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at returns@davianbrown.co.uk.
To help us investigate promptly, please provide:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- photographs of the parcel and item, where applicable
We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly and carefully as possible.
Failed Delivery or Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, failure to pay customs charges, or failure to collect from a local depot or collection point, we may deduct any return shipping costs, customs charges, or other direct costs incurred before processing any refund, where permitted by law.
